I'm Trace, and I want to make you happier!
After struggling with depression, anxiety, and self doubt for years, establishing a daily meditation practice has allowed me to love myself, serve others, and be thankful every day for the miraculous gift of life. I believe that if more people experienced this practice and implemented it into their lives, the world would inevitably begin changing for the better. I aim to be a living example for others, and spread the spiritual knowledge I feel so fortunate to have come across.
